New position for Vera Göhre

CEPLAS member Vera Göhre (HHU) started a professorship at Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences.

After more then 10 years as a group leader at the Institute of Microbiology (HHU) Vera Göhre is now starting as a professor in the Department of Chemistry and Biotechnology at Darmstadt University. Vera Göhre focused on microbial pathogenicity and investigated the infection strategies of the smut fungus Thecaphora thlaspeos, which can infect certain cruciferous plants.
